HR Capability Programme

A HR Capability Package has been developed to offer SMEs tools, templates and guidelines in 6 strategic areas - manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development and career development.

SMEs can also get consultancy support by engaging qualified HR consultants to help them customise the modules to their needs and write HR policies for their companies.
