HR Consultancy Support

Overview

The HR Capability Programme aims to provide consultancy support to help local SMEs implement the good HR practices embedded in the modules under the Package in their organisations.

Through the HR Capability Programme, SMEs can engage qualified HR consultants to help them customise the modules to their needs and write the corresponding HR policies for their organisations. The consultants participating in the programme are required to be certified as Practising Management Consultants (PMCs) and have the relevant expertise in consulting on HR areas.

Each consultancy project can comprise of any 1 or up to all 6 modules of the HR Capability Package. The consultancy cost per module is $4,500.

Criteria

You can apply for the HR Capability Programme if your company meets these criteria :

1. registered or incorporated in Singapore
2. 30% local shareholding
3. group annual sales turnover of less than SGD100 million
4. employment size of 10 to 200 workers
5. the proposed project is carried out for Singapore-based operations only
6. has at least one staff who is currently handling HR functions will be assigned to be part of the project team and he or she must have attended the MFT workshop for HR Capability Package prior to project commencement

How to apply?

SPRING is partnering the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and Human Capital Singapore (HCS) to provide the consultancy through its PMC-certified in-house consultants or affiliate consultants. Interested SMEs will need to approach SNEF or HCS first to scope their consultancy needs based on the modules of the HR Capability Package, and request for a project proposal. With the proposal, SMEs can submit their application for the Programme.
