SME Innovation Catalyst and Management Programme

Enterprising and growth focused Small and Medium Enterprises can chart their path to becoming a regional or global multinational company by embracing active innovation management processes including the acquisition of innovation opportunity identification competencies. Designed to help SMEs both acquire the innovation competencies and to be able to institutionalize and internalize innovation management in their company, the programme is conducted in two phases:

(I) the SME participant, paired with an assigned Innovation Catalyst (a student intern) attends a 5-day training session on Innovation Opportunity Identification Methodologies and Management,

(II) followed by a 4 month assignment by the Innovation Catalyst to help put in place sustainable innovation management process and identify one or two immediate and imminent innovation opportunity.
