Customer-Centric Initiative (CCI) for Healthcare sector

Overview

To raise service standards in the Healthcare sector, 14 organisations that make up 167 establishments and 26,957 healthcare workers in Singapore have joined the Customer-Centric Initiative. The CCI Healthcare is estimated to impact 38% of large healthcare chains* and 59% of total healthcare workers in Singapore.
