Online Application

Applications for TECS are now accepted all-year-round. Applications are batched for evaluation on a regular basis.

Closing date for the current batch will be 14 Dec 09 or earlier depending on response.

Before you apply

  1. Ensure that your business qualifies for the scheme.
  2. Meet-up with officers of the TECS team (optional). This will be useful for interested parties to clarify any project-specific doubts prior to making their application.
  3. Download the proposal & cost breakdown templates here.
  4. Complete your proposal & cost breakdown
Please follow the guidelines within the template. Proposals missing segments may be rejected.

Applying for Technology Enterprise Commercialisation Scheme

  1. Register at TECS Portal as a user. Your user ID & password will be emailed to you.

    Companies must provide all relevant details as best as possible, which will include :
    • Shareholding structure
    • Paid-up capital / fixed assets & investments
    • Number of employees of parent companies / subsidiaries, where applicable
    • Key company executives
  2. Log-in & Submit your proposal & cost breakdown.
