The e-registration system is a dedicated IT-based registration system for Controlled Goods. It enables Registered Suppliers or designated certification bodies to submit their Certificate of Conformity (COC) and make payment online. Submission of controlled goods to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) for certification is applicable to Registered Supplier (RS) only.
The e-Registration system is owned and operated by SPRING Singapore, the appointed Safety Authority in pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulation 2002. Use of the e-Registration system is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
