Organisations could seek advisory and guidance service through the BE clinic on any area of concern in their business excellence journey.
The BE clinic will be conducted by an experienced business excellence assessor or practitioner. Examples of services provided during the clinic are :
- customized briefing and presentation to help organisations achieve an understanding and implementation of the BE standards and their requirements
- guidance on addressing specific areas of the BE standards as identified e.g. from the assessment feedback report findings
- sharing and guidance on implementation of good practices based on the BE standards
The BE clinic will be provided in one-hour time slots and the charge per hour is $150.
