I must say that Kheok Juay's thought-provoking questions during the session with our senior executives had gone down well in terms of impression with my Management, led by PS Mrs Tan Chin Yee. Throughout the two-day audit, my SQC/PD team had benefitted greatly from the intuitive questions he had posed in order to clarify, verify and confirm our management systems and quality practices.
