Overview

SPRING’s internship programme aims to attract high calibre candidates with an enterprising spirit and keen interest in what we do. The programme is designed to deliver hands-on professional and cross-disciplinary experience to enterprising and dynamic students. We believe that such an exposure is invaluable in enhancing your future employability. During the internship, you will be presented with excellent opportunities to learn from experienced officers, senior management and even SME entrepreneurs.

Criteria

We are not just looking for candidates with good academic results and CCA records. Equally important are your passion, ambition and enterprising spirit!

How to apply?

SPRING offers about 20 to 30 internship positions yearly.

The internship period for undergraduates spans at least 10 weeks, typically from May – July. ‘A’ level students usually spend at least 3 months with us, typically from Jan to Mar/Apr, depending on the assignments and responsibilities of each project.

You will be required to complete the deliverables assigned and are encouraged to be involved in cross-functional projects. Each intern will be assigned a buddy and supervisor to guide him/her along and provide feedback for further development.

Opportunities for outstanding interns

At the end of the internship, your supervisor will assess your performance. Outstanding interns will be offered either an employment or scholarship opportunity with SPRING.
