My SPRING summer internship experience was one which proved to be fulfilling, both stretching my personal development as well as further fueling my interest in the public service. SPRING provided a very good overview of what the government agency was doing for our small and medium enterprises and I was personally very heartened by the hard work and passion as displayed by the officers in SPRING. Ultimately, the bonds formed with the staff went beyond just the average working relationship - what was cultivated was the respect that we had for one another.

The SPRING Internship Programme was well-structured and provided good opportunities for interaction with SPRING management and colleagues and interns across divisions. There were many opportunities to develop a wide range of skills, and the work assigned was substantial and meaningful. Overall, it was a fast-paced, varied, and ultimately unforgettable learning experience.
