 Business Mentorship for CEOs

SPRING Singapore, in collaboration with strategic partners such as Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and Singapore International Chambers of Commerce (SICC), has mounted a Business Mentorship Initiative. The mentorship initiative matches experienced business chieftains and top executives of larger local and foreign companies with CEOs of high growth SMEs, with the aspiration and potential to surpass $100m revenue turnover over the next few years.

Mentors can provide a confidential sounding board for SME CEOs to bounce off ideas and alternative strategies for growth. Through learning alongside an experienced business mentor, SME CEOs can shorten their learning curve, strengthen their strategic leadership skills and accelerate their path to business growth and success.

There are 2 approaches for mentorship :
  1. One to one
Based on matching of interests and needs, SPRING will facilitate one-on-one introductory meetings between the SME CEO and the business mentor.
  2. Many to one
SME CEOs will be invited to join a mentor panel session, where mentors will share on strategic and leadership issues pertinent to the specific industry.
Please email your Company's name, Designation and Contact details to bl@spring.gov.sg if you are interested in having a Business Mentor.

What Our Participants Say
“This programme is an excellent one that links experts in Business Development and Strategic Planning to new start ups which require many business contacts, education in marketing, financial modelling and negotiations skills with distributors. Our mentor has helped us align our distributors’ agreements, restructure our company, and manage our financial cash flow, all of which are highly important aspects for any SME.”
