CCI Plus for SMEs is a new pilot programme which complements the existing CCI. The programme offers both training and consultancy support to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve their service levels. It is an one-stop application for SMEs who wish to adopt an integrated approach to kick-start their service journey.
SMEs must work with any of the 5 Pre-Qualified Service Providers to develop
2 service blueprints that will :
- improve at least 2 service processes
- achieve at least 10% increase in mystery audit results (you will be pre and post audited by independent mystery auditors)
SMEs must also send their staff for
training on related service competencies :
- at least 50% staff trained under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) framework, clocking at least 50% WSQ hours
- suitable non-WSQ courses and development of new courses (subjected to evaluation) may also be supported
You are welcomed to apply if you are a SME from any of the six CCI sectors and have not embarked on any CCI project before :
- Retail
- Food and Beverage
- Healthcare
- Transport
- Hospitality
- Travel Services
Your business qualifies as an SME if :
- At least 30% local (Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident) shareholdings
- Company group annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 million* OR Company group employment size of not more than 200 workers*
* Computed on a group basis, i.e. checking all levels up for corporate shareholders holding more than 50% of the total shareholding in your company and any subsequent corporate parent, and all levels down where your company owns more than 50% of shareholding in a subsidiary company.
For non-SMEs, your application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Things to note
- CCI Plus is a one year pilot programme developed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency and SPRING Singapore.
- The last date to apply for CCI Plus is 31 May 2012.
- Your project must include both the development of service blueprints and training, and must not have commenced at the time of application.
- The maximum duration for your project is 12 months.
