The EntrePass is for non-Singaporean entrepreneurs who are ready to start a business in Singapore.
To qualify, you need to own a business registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for not more than six months.
Your proposed business venture must not involve illegal activities. Businesses such as coffee shops/hawker centres/food courts, foot reflexology/massage parlours, karaoke lounges, money changers/remittance companies, newspaper vendors, geomancy and tuition service providers do not qualify.
An administrative fee of $40 will be charged for each EntrePass application. You will need to submit the following documents :
- EntrePass application form
- a copy of your past employment testimonials
- a comprehensive business plan with details of your business idea, products/services, market analysis, marketing plan, operation plan, financial projections and management team
- supporting documents such as licensing agreements, product certifications and endorsements
- a copy of your company's latest business profile (for companies registered with ACRA)
- a passport-size photograph taken within the last three months
- a copy of the personal particulars page in your passport
Upon approval, you need to pay $30 per year for the EntrePass.
You can also apply for the dependant's pass or long-term social visit pass for your family members.
