The Business Excellence Assessment Course and the Managing for Business Excellence Course supports SPRING’s Business Excellence initiative. 

The Business Excellence Assessment Course is a two-day (16 hours) course for managers and staff serving as internal assessors in their organisation. It helps them understand the requirements of the business excellence standards and how to conduct self-assessments based on these standards.

Managing for Business Excellence is a half-day (4 hours) programme for CEOs and managers interested in embarking on the business excellence journey. It helps them understand the need for and benefits of embarking on the business excellence journey and how they can start on it.

The courses will be conducted by the following training providers licensed by SPRING Singapore.
