SPRING Singapore provides a variety of learning and networking opportunities for the business excellence community. Good practices are shared at a number of different platforms throughout the year, such as at Learning Journeys, the Business Excellence Sharing, the Business Excellence Global Conference and Good Practice Sharing Sessions.
Learning Journeys
Learning Journeys are organised quarterly. Each session has a different focus, and the sharing of best practices by two specially selected organisations. Organisations that have shared at past Learning Journeys include Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, ACE Insurance Limited, STATS ChipPAC Singapore, and Mt Alvernia Hospital.

Business Excellence Sharing
The Business Excellence Sharing is organised annually, in the first half of each year. The most recent business excellence awards winners, as well as specially selected business excellence certified organisations, share their best practices at this platform. Topics covered at past Business Excellence Sharings include ‘Employee Engagement for Productivity Improvement’, ‘Strategy and People Alignment through Balanced Scorecard Deployment’, and ‘Deploying Innovation Process for Excellence’.
Business Excellence Global Conference
The Business Excellence Global Conference is organised annually, in the second half of each year. The conference provides a global perspective on best practices in business excellence. It brings together leaders from premier business excellence initiatives, business excellence award winners from around the globe and subject matter experts in business excellence and quality. Speakers at past Business Excellence Global Conferences include Sr. Mary Jean Ryan (Chair/CEO, SSM Health Care, USA), Dr Charles A. Aubrey II (Chairman, Asia Pacific Quality Organization), and Dr Andy Zhu (Group Vice President of Quality, Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, China).
Good Practice Sharing Sessions
In addition to the above, SPRING Singapore also conducts a number of smaller scale good practice sharing sessions throughout the year. These sessions are specially conducted for business excellence certified organisations. Past topics covered include ‘Establishing a Culture of Leadership to Achieve Exceptional Results in Healthcare’ by Sr. Mary Jean Ryan.
